backing plate roller and removable hoop.

A 14-inch piling uses a 16-inch piling hoop. 
Available in 12, 14, 16, and 18-inch sizes. 
It is designed to be fastened with 1/2-inch carriage bolts
and to be used with lumber from 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 inches
thick.
